• Attempting to disrupt or interfere with system operations.

All content, software, and materials within HESD are owned by HESD or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without explicit authorization.

HESD is provided “as is”. The organization is not liable for any damages arising from system use, data loss, or interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• HESD may suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these terms.
• Users may terminate their own accounts at any time by notifying the administrator.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from use of HESD shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
